These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made via the website www.lvmvanille.mg (hereinafter "the Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you accept these GTC without reservation. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are those that appear on the Site on the day of consultation by the user. Villa Michaëlla reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. The product photos are provided for information purposes only and have no contractual value. Villa Michaëlla takes care to describe and present the items sold with the greatest possible accuracy.
3. Price
Product prices are indicated in Euros or local currency, including taxes (excluding VAT), excluding delivery costs, which are specified before validation of the order. Villa Michaëlla reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of validation of the order.
4. Order
To place an order, the user must select the products of their choice on the Site, add them to their basket, and follow the instructions to proceed to payment. Any order placed on the Site constitutes a contract concluded remotely between the user and La Villa Michaëlla. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. La Villa Michaëlla reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
5. Payment
Payment for orders is made online via the payment methods offered on the Site (bank card, PayPal). Transactions are secured by an approved payment service provider. The total amount of the order is debited at the time of payment validation. In the event of refusal by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated when ordering. Villa Michaëlla undertakes to ship the products within the timeframes indicated on the Site. Delivery times are given for information purposes only and Villa Michaëlla cannot be held responsible in the event of a delay due to reasons beyond its control. Delivery costs are calculated according to the delivery method chosen and are indicated before the order is validated.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify his decision by email to info@lvmvanille.mg or by mail to II A 101 Bis Anjanahary, Antananarivo 101 Madagascar. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
8. Warranty and Return
The products sold on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the buyer must contact customer service at info@lvmvanille.mg within 30 days of receiving the product. After validation by customer service, the defective or non-compliant product must be returned to La Villa Michaëlla, which will proceed with an exchange or refund.
9. Liability
La Villa Michaëlla cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. In the event of a dispute, La Villa Michaëlla's liability will be limited to the amount of the order.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the law in force in Madagascar. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the City of Antananarivo.
