1. Returns
. Return Period : You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you.
. Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Any damaged or altered product will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank, it may take some time for them to post your refund as well. 4. Exchanges
